18K gold-filled flat chain with handmade pendant - freshwater baroque pearl and faceted amethyst bead. The pearl itself is 0.5 inch (1.27cm) with a beautiful shine.

This necklace is 22 inches (55.88 cm) long, the entire pendant is 1 inch (2.54cm )

I can change the lengths of the chain if you wish so.

What is Gold-filled?
It is composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass, sometimes sterling silver. Gold-filled is legally required to contain 5% or 1/20 gold by weight.

Gold-filled items are generally considered lifetime products, and the gold layer will not wear off, as it will in gold plated products including gold vermeil. Because of the lower gold content, gold-plated items are generally less expensive than similar gold-filled products.
